The Women's Ministries are over seen by an executive board of elder members and high-standing church members who are utilized to guide and advise each ministry's dev elopement and growth. The executive board meets and decides on crucial matters that impact each ministry's structure and function. The board members are elected to their positions by the existing board members and the seats are not open to outside nomination.The executive boards purpose is to incorporate the values of - reaching, discipling, building, providing, training, elevating, enabling and mentoring women. To empower them to a higher-self fulfilment, involvement and potential in their own paths to understanding and working in and for Christ.

Each of the eleven other women's ministries are open for general admission and meet at scheduled monthly meetings to discuss plans for each ministry's future activities, as well as past events and development. Each committee is responsible for a different area of the church's wide and varied interests, providing more than enough opportunities for anyone who is looking and may wish to join a committee to find one that appeals to them.
