Servants of God
The lord God has shown us time after time again, how wonderful and mighty He is. He is so wonderful that he shows it every time we call upon His mighty name. As we come together in our congregation as one body; the body of our Lord Jesus Christ causes wonderful things happen:
- Like a great feast, everything is prepared before hand by all the servants of the Lord. For example: Men and Women take care of the grounds to have our church property looking good so it will be a wonderful greeting to people as they drive into our Holy place (we have Godly pride about our church).
- As you get to the doors, you will see your reflection in our doors because someone took their time to clean the glass doors.
- Before you try to open the doors you will notice a smiling face already opening them; with a greeting hand and a heart full of God's love.
- As you walk in, more servants of the Lord greet you.
We could name and number so many things that where prepared by all the men and women of our church, all servants of the Lord; but we will say that from the floors to the Word, all the various areas of our church have taken time and effort. The preparation has taken anywhere from a one day, a week, a month, a year, a decade, or perhaps even thirty years as The Lord God has prepare his obedient servant Apostle Greg Wilk to send the word forth with signs and wonders, enabling God’s word to reach and touch many people.
And as we come to the beginning of the service, the musicians and choir become one in their praising of the Lord almighty, and the anointing starts to overflow through them in to the congregation, at that time we become one body; worshipping our Father God. Then and only then; we can see heaven open up. This experience it is already written down. The Word says in Genesis 28:12-13 about Jacob;
12And he dreamed, and behold a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven: and behold the angels of God ascending and descending on it.
13And, behold, the LORD stood above it, and said, I am the LORD God of Abraham thy father, and the God of Isaac: the landhereon thou liest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed;
Remember that this experience it is all about the Lord that stands above all His creation, because heaven and earth are full of his glory. In our place (church) we worship God the creator of heaven and earth. Jacob called the name of the place where he had that experience Bethel (the house of God) in verse 19.
19And he called the name of that place Bethel: but the name of that city was called Luz at the first.
These are just a few reasons why I call my God wonderful and mighty; and why I called Abundant Life Church of God in Holbrook a Holy place. God greets us personally in this place. But please come and see for yourselves, and after you have your own experience you will never be the same. Trust the Word you will be blessed. Read about your blessings in Genesis chapter 28.

Pastor Angel makes a good point above. To some it up, this is our church. A church is not a person, it is a community that comes together and worships god. Through this He shows us he is here and comes down upon us with his anointing.
If you love our church as much as I do, then we need you to volunteer to help around our church. There are many things that need to be done around here.For Example: we need - Reporters for our newsletter and web site, Maintenance people for our grounds, Audio / Video people for our services and the list goes on. If you have a servants heart like I do please, come forward and volunteer your time and service. We need you and welcome your help.
